IMPORTANT:

If you have any flu like symptoms you MUST NOT enter the surgery, management kindly ask you to call the surgery to make alternative arrangements for your appointment or to make an appointment. If you have any symptoms please get tested as per NSW Health recommendations and guidelines.

It is the policy of the practice that masks must be worn for any patient over 12 yrs of age entering the surgery until advised otherwise. It is compulsory to sign in using the QR code on arrival to the surgery and please ensure you sign in any dependents who are with you, this including patients with carers. If you have an exemption please contact the surgery to discuss alternative medical care options.

Management kindly request for the safety of doctors, staff and patients, that patients do not attend any earlier than 5 minutes prior to their appointment time. It is the policy of the practice that patients are to STRICTLY attend their appointment alone unless a carer is required or you have young children. When visiting the practice please ensure to stay 1.5 m from other patients, there are social distancing stickers on the floor for your guideance.

Please be patient when you are attempting to contact the practice as reception staff are dealing with an unprecedented number of enquiries.
